In-person sports betting, including craps, roulette, and in-person sports betting, is set to launch in Florida in December, offering gamblers more options than ever before. The Seminole Tribe’s Hard Rock Sports Bet app has also made a comeback, allowing existing users in Florida to once again partake in mobile sports betting.
The app initially launched in November 2021 but was quickly suspended after a U.S. District judge’s ruling. However, the app has now been relaunched, giving existing users the opportunity to resume mobile sports betting. Additionally, the Seminole Tribe has announced that in-person sports betting will begin at all six of its Florida casinos come December.
While the Hard Rock app is currently only available to existing users, new users can join the waitlist for access. To do so, individuals must sign up for Unity by Hard Rock at any Seminole Casino, earn at least 1 Unity point, and wait for an email with further instructions.
This latest development comes after some legal challenges that temporarily halted the launch of the sports betting app. However, with the relaunch of the Hard Rock app and the upcoming launch of in-person sports betting at Seminole casinos, Florida gamblers will soon have a diverse array of betting options at their fingertips.
The relaunch of mobile sports betting in Florida is sure to be welcome news for many gamblers, and the upcoming introduction of in-person sports betting at Seminole casinos will only increase the excitement and options for those looking to place bets in the Sunshine State. Stay tuned for further updates as the launch of in-person sports betting approaches in December.
